The Mission

Now I am no pro.  My husband, daughter and I just moved to Madison, Wisconsin from San Francisco.  We were lucky enough to buy a beautiful home, but it is big, white and empty.  The money tree I tried to plant in the backyard didn't take so now it is time to get creative.

My mission, which I guess I have chosen to accept, is to decorate our home over time in a thrifty, warm and comfy way...and to share the journey with you as I go.  And when I say share, I really mean share.  I am hoping to get your feedback, steal your ideas and use your inspiration to make our house a home. 

So I hope you will join me on this adventure through the good, the bad and the I really hope not too ugly.
